All tools on Toolbase are provided 100% free of charge for individuals and commercial entities without paywalls or registrations. Full rights to all generated outputs belong entirely to the user.

By accessing and using Toolbase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Free "AS-IS" Service Provision
The Service is provided free of charge, with no sign-up or subscription required.

3. Ownership of Output & Intellectual Property
• All website design, branding, visual assets, documentation, and source code are the intellectual property of Tool Base Team.
• You own 100% of your generated output. Any files, converted images, audio clips, or code generated using our client-side tools belong entirely to you. We claim zero ownership or rights over your processed content.
4. Lawful Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Process or distribute content that violates any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or applicable laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the security or infrastructure of the Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
• Calculation results (financial estimates, tax calculations, blood alcohol estimates, etc.) are provided for informational and simulation purposes only and do not constitute certified financial, medical, or legal advice.
• Under no circumstances shall the Service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
